We did not tell her about the date night until that day (Friday March 12th) and when we told her .. all day long she kept trying to guess WHAT it was that we were going to do. As soon as we got into SLC in the parking lot.. she finally guessed it -- DISNEY ON ICE. She had so much fun and was so excited to be there. My sister Tosha and Kevin took their little boy with us too, it was fun. I hope that it is something that she will always remember doing. I am going to try to plan more "date nights" with her. I think that it is so good for her to have these.
Uncle Kevin SPOILED her to death. He bought her a $12 snow-cone, a $10 Tinkerbell necklace, and picture with Kaedynn and Kota and Mickey & Minnie. (who knows how much that was).... I about DIED when he came back with her and all of that stuff. She was in heaven.
Oh and for anyone with little kids that like CARS the movie... HOLY COW!!! They were incredible on the ICE!!! I would recommend taking their kids to this if/when it comes again.
